Lisa Elena Monda attended Idyllwild Arts Academy and the Stella Adler Studio in NYC. While there she

performed with an activist street theatre group.

After graduating, she found her way to Key West where she worked as a sailboat captain and ecotour guide by day, and played with the Red Barn and Fringe Theatres by night. Her favorite roles include, Laura in The Glass Menagerie, Suzanne in Picasso at the Lapin Agile, and most recently, Lisa in Collected Stories.

Activism is an important part of her life and she wants to take part in a media that is socially and environmentally conscious, as media has such an influence on our world.

The last couple years have been spent in LA taking screen acting and improv classes as well as maritime survival and yoga teacher training. She made her LA debut in a wonderful, new absurdist play, King of the Globe: Memoirs on a Skewer, and can currently be seen in a national commercial.

Lisa is now back in NYC branching out into screenwriting, standup comedy, puppetry, and voiceover .
